Commission Structure
Stake Affiliates offers one model (RevShare) with RevShare up to 40%, no CPA option.
Stake does not run a classic net-revenue RevShare. Every referred player's wager is multiplied by the game's theoretical house edge, halved, and then multiplied by your commission rate, which is 10% for any affiliate who signs up. Sports bets use a flat 3% edge and poker uses rake. In practice this means about 0.05% to 0.2% of total casino turnover and about 0.15% of sports turnover at the base rate, so you need high-volume players to earn meaningfully. The upside is that variance is removed: you are paid the same whether players win or lose, and there is no negative carryover. Larger partners can ask their affiliate manager for a higher rate; third-party reviews report 25% to 40% deals and occasional negotiated CPA or hybrid arrangements, but Stake publishes none of these, so treat them as unverified. There is no sub-affiliate tier.
| Tier / Model | Monthly FTDs | RevShare Rate | CPA Rate | Details |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | Any (self-serve signup) | 10% of house edge on wagers | - | Base rate for new partners and entry-level traffic. |
| Negotiated (reported) | Consistent high-value traffic | 25-30% of house edge (reported) | - | Rate increases with consistent performance and higher volumes. |
| Top partners (reported) | Large portfolios, by manager deal | up to 40% of house edge (reported) | Negotiated CPA/Hybrid reported | Best rates for high-performing partners. |

Payments
Monthly payouts with 2 payment methods and a no minimum.
Payments are crypto only. Commission is calculated monthly and credited to your affiliate balance in the first days of the next month, and reviewers report that funds can be transferred to your Stake wallet and withdrawn on request rather than waiting for a fixed pay day. Stake states there is no minimum payout threshold, no withdrawal limits and no admin fees; you only pay the normal network fee for the coin you choose (Bitcoin, USDT, ETH, LTC, TRX and others are supported on site). There are no bank, M-Pesa, bKash, UPI or e-wallet options, so African and South Asian affiliates need a local exchange or P2P route to cash out. No hold period is published, but KYC can be required before withdrawal.
| Method | Frequency | Hold Period | Min Payout | Notes |

| Monthly | None published | None | Fast and most used by affiliates. |
Pros
- Paid on every wager via house edge, so commission does not drop when referred players win
- No minimum payout, no admin fees and no negative carryover on Stake.com
- Crypto payouts (BTC, USDT and other coins) suit affiliates in markets with weak card/bank rails
- Instant self-serve signup from any Stake account; the brand is well known and converts on crypto-savvy traffic
- Lifetime commission on referred players and real-time stats in the affiliate dashboard
Cons (Honest)
- Base rate is only 10% of house edge, which is far lower in cash terms than a 30-40% NGR RevShare; higher rates require negotiation and are not published
- No CPA or Hybrid deals for standard affiliates and no sub-affiliate program
- Crypto-only payouts (no M-Pesa, bKash, UPI, bank or e-wallets), and no separate public affiliate T&Cs for years (flagged by Affiliate Guard Dog)
- Documented disputes over missing wager tracking and unpaid commission (AskGamblers complaint, about $2,800, later resolved; Stake forum threads), plus reports of slow support on commission queries
- South Africa is now a restricted market, and India banned real-money gaming and its promotion under the Online Gaming Act 2025

Default rate is tiny until you negotiate
10% of house edge is pennies per wager. You need serious volume before a manager will discuss a real RevShare deal.
