1. What AffiRank is

AffiRank is an informational directory and review service for betting and casino affiliate programs. We are not a bookmaker, casino, payment provider or affiliate network. We do not accept bets, hold funds or pay commissions.

Program data (commission rates, payout thresholds, payment methods, accepted countries and similar) is collected from publicly available program terms and third-party reports. It can change without notice and may be inaccurate. Always read the program's own affiliate agreement before joining.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use this site. Affiliate marketing for betting products is regulated or prohibited in some jurisdictions, including Bangladesh and Pakistan. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. No income guarantee

Nothing on AffiRank is a promise of income. Calculators and estimators produce arithmetic based on numbers you enter. Actual affiliate earnings depend on your traffic, player behaviour and each program's terms, and can be zero.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links are referral or sub-affiliate links. If you join a program through them, AffiRank may receive a commission from the program. This does not affect what you earn and does not influence rankings, which are computed from published terms and community votes.

5. Votes and user content

Votes are anonymous unless you log in. We may remove votes we believe are automated, duplicated or manipulative. Do not attempt to influence rankings with fake votes or traffic.

6. Intellectual property

Program names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. AffiRank text, tools and design are owned by AffiRank and may not be copied at scale without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

AffiRank is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for losses arising from reliance on the information on this site, including unpaid commissions, account closures or regulatory action by third parties.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
